Genius

your digital assistant

(general parameters module) 

Genius is the artificial intelligence of your Orion software. You shape it and personalize it in your image: work habits, preferences, instructions, schedules...

Once you have configured Genius, he will organize and manage, with you:

  • The teams: cleaning requests, laundry, key delivery, etc.

  • Communication with your guests, owners, teams

  • Notifications and reminders (reports, calendars, invoices, interventions, etc.)

  • The schedule of interventions, in case of modification of the reservation

  • Invoicing (preparation of invoices for guests, owners, service providers and tourist tax)

  • And all the activities you deem necessary to save time and serenity

Employees :

  • List of your internal teams, providing concierge services (housekeeping, household linen, tenant entry/exit, etc.)

  • Sending invitations to use the software / download the application 

  • Sending notifications and reminders

 

Service providers :

  • List of your external service providers, providing concierge services (cleaning, household linen, tenant entry/exit, etc.)

  • Sending invitations to use the software / download the application

Owners:

  • List of owners (with properties, banking and pricing information)

  • Applicable commissions

 

Calendar :

  • Calendar of your reservations*, in the form of a list or diary

  • Calendar of interventions (carried out, ordered, accepted), in the form of a list or diary

 

Properties** :

  • List and description of the seasonal accommodation for which you are responsible

  • Configuration of properties: type of services, selection of service providers, days / times of interventions, instructions for the service provider (pdf guide), content of reports issued by service providers (photos, inventory check, etc.)
